Kim is a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach and entrepreneur dedicated to the development of human performance and human potential. She has over 20 years of experience with group facilitation, leadership, performance development and experiential learning. She is a Canadian and has lived and worked internationally in Mexico, Micronesia, Japan, Hong Kong, China and North America. Kim masterfully connects with diverse audiences in engaging and interactive ways. As a specialist in the field of human development, she applies best practice in solution focused coaching, NLP technologies, and experiential learning to support personal and professional growth.

From 2002 to 2007, Kim founded and operated a highly successful adventure-based training company operating in Hong Kong and China called Dragonfly. Past clients include Swire-Coca Cola, Bonaqua, ING, EBay Hong Kong, EPCOS and many international school clients in Hong Kong and China. She has experience in delivering a broad spectrum of corporate development programs for group sizes ranging up to 250 people.

Kim is a certified professional coach of International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified professional facilitator (CPF). As a part of an international trainer team, Kim also teaches in-person and online coach training programs for Erickson College International. She is passionate about teaching The Art and Science of Coaching because of the transformational content which she time and time again observes as being highly relevant in both business and personal applications.
