戰術項目管理

創意解難

有效地解決問題的最大障礙是問題本身往往被接受和容忍,最終這問題被一並忽略了。因此,本課程首先從面對問題的承擔和態度的思維轉變開始,然後運用PSDM模型的結構化方法學習。學員將在工作坊中直接應用解難和決策的概念、工具和流程,解決他們在職場上所遇到的實際問題。

系統思維

系統思維圍繞著「整體比部件的總和大」的想法。高績效的領導或專業人士有能力識別系統內的模式,零部件的相互依存和相互關係、變革、變數及力量。這些關係要素是有一定程度的無形性定義,類似定義一個令團隊合作脫穎而出的成功要素,具備真正洞察力的領導設法準確找到和發展這些難以量化的層面。本課程的目標旨在幫助啟發您的思維框架以處理複雜的組織問題。
