Cindy, one of the founding managing partners of Integral, has over 20 years of proven excellence in adapting to a multitude of different international business environments. She is best described as having a specialty in being a generalist, possessing strengths in a variety business related aspects. Most importantly, she is a particularly skilled and experienced analyzer, able to conduct in-depth analyses to pinpoint root causes to dilemmas. Her thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of her work gives her a particularly strong aptitude for successful start-up projects.
A couple of her past projects in Hong Kong include the Harvey Nichols Department Store in Central, and the New World Harbour View Hotel (part of the HKCEC opening project). In Canada, she excelled in the financial advice field particularly in sales and customer service as an Account Manager/Financial Advisor at The Royal Bank of Canada and as a Senior Tax Specialist at H&R Block. In the U.S., she is the co-founder of Ototo Sushi Japanese Restaurant in Seattle, WA; winner of numerous awards and accolades including being voted Best Sushi and Best Japanese Restaurant in Seattle on www.citysearch.com.
Well documented in her past work experiences are her sales prowess, organizational skills, excellent communications skills, problem-solving skills, her creativity, and her commitment to high achievement. She has repeatedly been recognized as a top sales performer in her financial advising roles, and her restaurant owes much of its current success to her dedication to sales and service training for her staff. She is also highly active in community involvement with non-profit organizations focusing on social programs for healthy youth development. Her ability to quickly adapt to new environments and prosper within them has been proven time & time again.
Cindy holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree concentrating in Finance & Real Estate from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.
