Jenson is the Chief Information and Learning Officer of a multinational food company in Singapore. He is transforming the organization with advanced technologies, systems application, and talent development. With over 25 years’ experience as a scholar-practitioner and consultant, he is specialized in business excellence consulting, systems thinking, IT & quality management, eLearning, pedagogy design, course curriculum development, and action learning.

Before returning to the business sector, Jenson was the Director of Studies, Residential College of National University of Singapore (NUS), involved the design and realization of a transformative educational program that integrates in- and out-of class learning experiences to develop students into able system thinkers. Prior joining NUS, he was the Head, Visual Communication with Business in UniSIM. He served as the University’s eLearning strategist & was instrumental in driving key strategic eLearning initiatives including the adoption of flipped classroom methodology.

Jenson is an international award winner teaching case writer and was invited by Brazil Universities to coach academics on the use of case study in education. He was consulted in the implementation of several action learning experiential programs for South Africa’s senior executives and MBA students from the GIBS, South Africa. For his innovative use of IT in solving complex business problems, he had won >20 international and national awards since 2004. His research strives to uncover ways to help organizations deal with wicked problems, and on how teaching and learning can be reinvented through the innovative use of IT. He has published more than 30 articles in top tier Information Systems and Computer Science journals and conferences, books, press and practitioner’s publications.

Jenson continues his community service by serving as an advisory board member of Caregiver Asia Pte Ltd, a leading Singapore’s healthcare provider with global presence, as a Senior Business Excellence Assessor for the SPRING Singapore, and the Head, Manpower and Logistics in the Singapore Police Force responsible for the operational readiness of 1,600 national service men under his division.
