He is a management consultant, instructional designer, trainer, coach, and facilitator, with three decades of experience in corporate and consultancy. He has worked with over 200 corporates and NGOs for their organizational change and capability development. He is specialized in instructional design, dialogic OD consultancy, transformational change, leadership development, talent management, project management, strategic planning facilitation, team facilitation, leadership coaching, action learning, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®design and facilitation.
Prior to starting Integral since 2004, he was the Principal Consultant of a global consulting firm, Forum, where he was awarded the 2001 Chairman’s Award for Outstanding Team Contribution. Before that, he was the Manager-Learning Solutions of Motorola University, and was awarded the 1999 Creativity Award, the 2000 Collaboration Award and the 2000 President Award.
