Elaine Luey is a consultant and an ICF-certified Professional Coach with rich experience in management, leadership, sales & marketing, and revenue management in Asia Pacific. Area of consultancy and facilitation ranges from sales & marketing, account management, revenue management, negotiation, conflict resolutions, customer engagements, change management, and leadership development.
Elaine has a very successful career with Marriott International for 19 years. She held various leadership roles in Hong Kong, Greater China, and Asia Pacific, successfully led and transformed cross-cultural teams in implementing global strategic initiatives, opening new markets. She was often selected as the pioneer in new roles and served as an inspiring leader during change. She has been an internal facilitator and trainer since year 2000 with a passion to train and develop talents. In 2009, Elaine developed her career in consulting field. She consults for and trains premium brands, independent companies, government, and NGOs. Elaine thinks strategically with a balance view of customers, associates and company impacts.
Elaine has served as Volunteer Consultant for Asia Charity Services, and been in the committees of Women of Influence, American Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong, Asia Pacific Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association, Visit USA Hong Kong and Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International – Greater China chapter. She speaks on industry conferences and seminars.
Elaine has a Master of Science Degree in Management and a Master of Christian Studies. Additionally, she is an Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner and a MBTI Assessment Practitioner. With the inspiration to work with individuals and organizations in adapting and optimizing in a VUCA World through self-transformation, Elaine is an ICF Certified Professional Coach (ACC) and equips with team coaching skill.
