Janice Tam, an overseas-born and educated Chinese Canadian, she has gained extensive experience in Hong Kong’s media and event industry. She started Hong Kong-based lifestyle PR/Branding agency, Crunch Concepts in 2014.
Throughout the 13 years in Hong Kong, Janice worked extensively with the media and a diverse clientele base, ranging from F&B, lifestyle, events, fashion, beauty, travel, property, education and automotive. She has gained a vast, in-depth knowledge of the region’s thriving, dynamic urban-culture market. She worked with various companies to help raise their profile, namely, Godiva Chocolatiers, Garrett Popcorn, Hong Kong International School, illest, Quintessentially Lifestyle, dragon-i, Ocean Park, Wheelock, Tiffany & Co., Franck Muller, BMW, Financial Express and more.
Janice is responsible for managing the overall business and driving its development. With a strong client focus in her work, she provides consultation on brand building, public relations marketing and strategic communications to her clients. She builds her business by cultivating strong relationships with the media; by understanding the needs and wants, and the trends in the market, she’s able to strategically communicate with journalists, getting her clients exposure. Her personable character and professional manner help her excel in this area.
