Kim has been leading personal and professional development programs internationally, for more than 20 years. She is a IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF); ICF-Professional Certified Coach (PCC); Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistics (MNLP); Systems Constellation Facilitator, and Reiki Master. She is the catalytic energy behind the coaching, mentoring, training, and facilitation programs currently offered through her company and the creator of the ‘Enlightening Leaders’ podcast.
Kim is passionate about human potential and supports coaches, facilitators, healers, heart-based leaders, social entrepreneurs and change makers to up level their game, and consciously hold an empowering space for themselves and others.
Kim’s approach to working with individuals, groups and organizations is grounded in solution-focused and developmental methodologies. She brings a holistic and systemic perspective to her work as a coach, facilitator, trainer and mentor, and is fluent in 1-1, small and large group process. Other areas of expertise include mindfulness practices, values based appreciative inquiry, experiential learning, systemic constellations, circle technology and other ‘whole system’ processes. This allows her clients to develop greater awareness when relating to themselves and others, engage in all nature of situations with integrity and confidence, experience expanded viewpoints that generate effective leadership and change strategies, enhance capacities to consciously ‘hold space’ for the emergent potential in the system and one another, effectively leverage diversity and generate coherent, sustainable change in complex situations
Kim is the founder and past owner of an outdoor adventure-based learning company based in Hong Kong. She is also a senior faculty member of Erickson College International, a worldwide provider of Solution Focused human development programs and ICF accredited (ICF-ACTP) coach training programs. She teaches both online and in-person programs around the world and holds the honour of creating Erickson’s online training program High Performance Team Coaching.
