Peggy is a registered Organisational Psychologist, a corporate trainer, an Executive Coach, a Programme Director and a Senior Lecturer, who is specialized in executive assessment, competency framework design, assessment & development centres, talent management, executive coaching, and leadership development.

With 20 years’ experience partnering with senior executives, Peggy designs and implements integrated people strategies and development programmes around Asia.  She has lots of exposure to Boards and Senior Management of global leading FTSE100 companies across a range of industries including but not limited to Financial services, FMCG, Oil and Gas, Retail, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing, etc.

With her strong global leadership benchmarks gained through significant international and cross-cultural experiences, shedesigned and delivered training programmes, assessment centres, academic management programmes, leadership and development interventions in different places such as United Kingdom, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Korea, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
