Titus has over 40 years of experience in learning and development and 33 years of which were involved in senior level management development programs. He is certified trainer for various vendor programs including leading for change, supervisory management, coaching & mentoring, conducting critical conversations, constructive conflict, communicating assertively, high impact writing, planning key accounts, consultative selling skills, sales presentation, advancing account relationship, and sales negotiation of AchieveForum (now part of Korn Ferry); advanced presentations skills of Winning Presentations; consultative selling skills, account management, negotiation fundamentals and negotiation to large opportunities, influencing and sales coaching of Mentor Group; putting people first, personal quality, time management, and employeeship of TMI; global leadership program of Hemsley Fraser; problem solving and decision making of Kepner Tragoe.
Titus has been working in the banking industry for over 20 years, serving various local, Chinese, foreign and investment banks. He also worked for an international consultant firm and a public organization. Titus provided coaching, certified trainers in vendor programs, designed and facilitated programs for over 70 multi-national companies of the banking, energy, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology and hospitality sectors in the APAC including India, Sakhalin and Papua New Guinea. His financial institution clients included AIA, AXA, Gen Re, HSBC Insurance, Jardine Lloyd Thompson, Manulife, American Express, Bank of America, Bank of China, Baring Asset Management, BNP Paribas, China Construction Bank, China Securities, Citibank, CITIC Bank (International), Convoy Financial Group, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Hang Seng Bank, HSBC, Jardine Flemings, JP Morgan, RBS, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, State Street, Schroders, UBS. He also provided individual coaching to directors, analysts, RMs and sales directors of BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, Jardine Flemings, KBC and UBS.
Titus was the Head of People Development of CITIC Ka Wah Bank (now CITIC Bank International); prior to that the Group Training & Development Manager of Jardine Flemings Holdings Ltd. responsible for the Group’s learning and development in the Asia Pacific.
Titus is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and holds a post-graduate diploma in Training (University of Leicester). He was a frequent speaker for the Institute of HR Management, Open University and Trade Development Council, and a part-time banking law instructor of the SPACE, University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
