Learning Solutions

How can I help my people become more resilient and agile in the face of changing circumstances?

The complex changing environment is taxing for every one of us, resulting in skills growing obsolete as the organization grows. Check out what learning solutions Integral offers to resolve organizational issues. We are specialized in learning solutions, design and facilitation in the following areas:

Challenging Sales Dialogue

At the start of any sales process, customers likely have a psychological bias against your recommendations. It is important for high-performing salespeople to proficiently manage customer negative emotions and behaviors to advance the sales process. This program is a video-taped simulation to drill the specific behaviors and wordings in challenging sales situations. The course is customized to fit to any sales organization for experienced and inexperienced sales people.

Creative Problem Solving

One of the biggest obstacles in effective problem solving is that the problem itself is often accepted and tolerated, which ends up being ignored as a problem altogether.  Therefore, the program starts with a mind shift towards problem ownership and attitude.  The program then follows up with a structured approach of PSDM Model, in which participants in the workshop will directly apply concepts, tools and processes of problem solving and decision making to solve their real problems in the workplace.

Facilitation & Presentation

Presenting ideas and facilitating meetings are essential skills for today’s managers. There has been a growing realization that truly effective meetings require careful attention to their planning and process elements.  Whenever you are asked to speak in front of one or more individuals for the purpose of explaining, educating, persuading, influencing or simply conveying information, you have a presentation.  While facilitation focuses on how to encourage ideas and build consensus from a group.  Both facilitation and presentation are important skills every manager needs.  The skills will transcend through a variety of settings, such as: in internal and external meetings, cross-functional projects taskforce, focus groups, and more.

Influence & Negotiation

In all negotiations, achieving a win-win outcome for both parties is always desirable to maintain a long-term collaboration. In a business situation, it is particularly difficult to influence others who have different priorities, values, and needs.  Reliance on our role authorities and personal relationships to persuade others is often insufficient on a long-term basis.  Highly effective people know how to use different tactics to influence others.   In fact, influencing and negotiating skills are not only important for salespeople, but also for all staff in an organization who want to collaborate with others to execute action plan for win-win results.

Integral Leadership Program

Leadership is often the critical defining factor for an organization’s success in a competitive marketplace.  Team leaders, regardless of their levels in the corporate hierarchy, are the key to driving higher productivity and improved efficiency while maintaining team relationships to boost employee morale.  One of the fundamental struggles of effective leadership is to balance results versus relationships.  This program is highly interactive by use of assessments, case studies, role-plays, games, experiential activities, action learning.  It is on modular basis which is flexible to mix and match the topics best-fitting to different levels of leaders and structure of curriculum.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is an approach in which learners use a variety of LEGO® bricks as mediating artifacts to build metaphorical toy models that represent abstract concepts and ambiguous ideas.  Everyone builds, everyone shares, everyone is allowed to ask questions and make reflections on the models.  Its process, structure and techniques are designed to engage people in thinking and facilitate communication in generating insights for problem solving and strategy formation. Through hands-on and minds-on dialogic activities, learners share meanings of the LEGO® models they built. LSP enables participants to totally participate, share their values, mindfully learn, give full attention, appreciate differences and develop a sense of connection to each other’s thoughts and stories. Learning will be emotionally connected; therefore the process can deepen learning reflection, open the participants’ minds to possibilities, appreciate diversities, and strengthen resulting commitments.

Professional Presence

“Professional Presence” means letting the most powerful version of professional-self shine through.  Better career opportunities will be offered to those showing professionalism and good work attitude. “Presence” as a whole of gravitas, credibility, reliability, and capability, forms an impression of trustworthiness, competence, and authenticity.  This program aims to shape the fresh talents with the right mindset and basic skills to grow within their organizations.  They will take the driver seat to steer their career in the right direction, using the Integral 5 essentials for professional presence – Be Committed, Be Appreciative, Be Dependable, Be Capable, and Be Productive.

Service Excellence

Did you know that “it can cost up to 30 times as much to get a new customer as it does to keep an existing one.” Mike Johnston, The Chartered Institute of Marketing.  Service satisfaction is something that is defined by customers.  It is the resulting feelings and perceptions in the customer after having interacted with the service provider.  Many organizations have a common question on how to achieve a consistent and personalized service in every customer interaction.  This program is all about preparing participants to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) and customer loyalty.  Organizations ultimately turn service excellence into a competitive advantage.

Stakeholder Management

While achieving total customer satisfaction is a competitive advantage to an organization, good stakeholder relationships play a pivotal role among departments, suppliers and other strategic partners.  Stakeholder management, communication and engagement are essential for many of us with roles, such as internal business partners, suppliers, project managers, functional professionals, and consultants.  This program helps sales or non-sales managers and professionals to manage stakeholder expectations and engage stakeholder communication.

Strategic Thinking

The large majority of competitive organizations have carefully devised their winning strategies.  The companies that manage to rise to the surface above the others are those that effectively execute their thoughtfully curated strategies.  Leaders should master both strategic thinking techniques and execution tools to produce the intended results.  This program is highly effective in helping participants in applying their learning to workplace strategies.  Regardless of the level of management, this program targets to help executives and managers develop and implement strategies to produce effective results.

Systems Thinking

Systems Thinking involves the idea that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts”.  High performing leaders or professionals have the ability to recognize patterns, interdependency & interrelationships of components, change, variables and forces in a system.  There is a certain degree of intangibility in defining these relationship elements, similar to defining the successful elements in a team that wins with teamwork. The truly insightful leaders find ways to pinpoint and develop these difficult-to-quantify aspects.  This program has been designed with the goal of helping you develop this frame of thinking to resolve complex organizational problems.

Tactical Project Management

Project-based work is popular in many organizations.  In this kind of management by project, members in different functional and hierarchical levels are involved in various types and scale of projects, for instance, new product development, cycle time reduction, new market development, information technology system change, employee socialization activities, cost reduction campaign, customer service campaign, etc.  Other than traditional planning and organizing skills, project leaders and members need tactical project management skills to optimize resources in order to execute plans and achieve goals in a systemic approach.  Whether there is a need to start off real projects or to learn fundamental planning skills and concepts, tactical project planning and management skills are suitable for all levels of managers and employees.

Train-the-trainer

We are constantly on the receiving end of new technology and business practices but require proper training and instruction to best utilize new methodologies.  Knowledge transfer has become an important area to increase organizational learning capabilities.  This best-selling program aims at equipping all levels of trainers and leaders with the right tools to be effective teachers and facilitators, including key aspects such as training planning, designing, delivering, and evaluating.  Video-recording will act as an aid to coach and feedback.  This program will be customized to suit the specific needs of participants who take a role as internal trainers or on-the-job trainers.

LSP Facilitated Change Management Workshop

HOW INTEGRAL HELPED

To enhance managers with a strong mindset and skills in managing changes, a 2-day training workshop was initiated. Since participants were diversified in educational backgrounds, change management experience and technical expertise, learning through traditional classroom lecturing, case studies, role-plays and group discussions would not have been effective. Integral adopted LSP methodology in the program design. A structured series of LSP activities were customized and facilitated to instill strong change mindset. This workshop was able to engage every single participant during the building metaphorical models and sharing practical insights on organizational change, creating a breakthrough in their operations.
